Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact FloorsEra as soon as possible. Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation requests may be subject to restocking fees or may not be accepted, depending on the status of your order.

Once installation has been scheduled or started, cancellations will no longer be accepted, and the full amount for the order, including installation services, may be charged.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns for Damaged Materials:
If the materials you ordered arrive damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the installation has not yet started. To process a return, please:

  • Notify FloorsEra immediately upon noticing damage, either by phone or email.
  • Provide photographs of the damaged items for verification.
  • Ensure the product is unused, and no installation has occurred.

2. Return Process for Damaged Materials:

  • After verifying the damage, FloorsEra will issue a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
  • If you opt for a refund, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. If you prefer store credit, it will be issued for the full amount of the purchase.

3. Return Conditions:

  • Materials must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Refunds or store credits are only valid for products where installation has not yet begun.

4. Non-Damaged Products:
Returns of non-damaged products are not accepted unless otherwise specified by FloorsEra or in cases where local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Exclusions

  • Customized or special-order materials are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Installed materials or services already performed (such as installation labor) are non-refundable once installation has started.
